Quick look at our services

We offer different research methodologies adapted to the need and goals of every project.

  • Evaluating the UX of your product in a contextualized environment.

Usability testing involves observing users as they interact with a product or prototype. This method helps identify usability issues and provides valuable feedback on the user experience.

  • Gather information with your target during individual sessions.

One-on-one interviews allow researchers to gain in-depth insights into the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of participants. They are great for exploring specific topics in detail.

  • Evaluate the usability of your product through scientific criteria.

Eye tracking technology measures where users look on a screen and for how long. It provides insights into visual attention patterns and helps optimize the placement of important elements on a webpage or interface.

What they say about us

“At Mediafin, we tested various new digital concepts with users via DUX in the past year.
The smooth organization, the support, but certainly also the valuable insights have helped us to make our products more relevant and user-friendly.”

Steve D. - Chief digital officer @ Mediafin

“By testing with DUX Agency on the prototypes of our app, we know prior to development whether our screens will work with our members. At the end of the journey, that saves us a lot of time and money. And it saves our members a lot of frustration.”

Tineke V. - Product owner @ Christelijke mutualiteit

“They are always ready to help you to go one step further in the quality of your product or service. Their knowledge and experience have been of great help to improve the Council’s website.”

 FAQs

  • Once the project has been confirmed, the entire research process usually takes two to three weeks. This includes planning the study with you (and your team), recruiting participants, conducting the sessions, analysing the observations and sharing the results. Please note that tests may take longer if you require a very specific participant panel or extensive analysis.

  • We have had the opportunity to test many interfaces and devices such as websites, applications, software, both on computers and smartphones, as well as terminals, prototypes, software and video games. All these products can be evaluated using our research methods.

  • We generally focus on 3 areas: understanding whether people are able to successfully complete given tasks, assessing the level of satisfaction of your customers with your product and finally identifying the changes needed to improve the user experience of your product. In any case, the points of attention of the study are always defined in consultation with you before starting the study.

  • In the days following the study, we will provide you with a report of the research results. This report will allow you to capture key information and share it with your team. This report will include highlights of the sessions, analysed by our experts to give you areas for improvement and directly applicable recommendations. We will provide you with the results in the form of an illustrated PDF with optional video extracts. Finally, we also offer an on-site or remote presentation of the study results.

  • To improve your product in order to provide a better experience for your users (and thus increase your conversion, retention and overall customer satisfaction). We evaluate the usability, usability and comprehension of your interfaces. These are all parameters that you can improve after testing.

  • For Belgium, we test with a panel of more than 20,000 people.

Each participant conducts the session in the language of your interfaces with a native speaker moderator. We offer you profiles as close as possible to your target audience. It is also possible for you to take care of the recruitment of participants.

We also have access to participant in many other countries. Please ask.

  • The earlier problems are identified and resolved, the less expensive the solutions will be. When your product is in the design stage, testing is used to assess the correct understanding of the route and the offer. This allows you to rotate before you hit the wall. When your product is in production, testing allows you to understand how users actually behave on your interface. This allows you to identify obstacles and opportunities for improvement that will allow you to optimise your product.

  • We meet with your users in one-on-one interviews during which we observe their behaviour when they use your website. When relevant, we use eye tracking technology to follow the eyes of the participants. We analyse the course of the sessions to identify problems and provide fact-based recommendations. This way, you can improve the ergonomics and usability of your interfaces.

  • We offer multiple possibilities: French, Dutch, English, as well as German and others (Italian, Polish…). Please ask!

We always try to provide a native speaker as moderator.

  • The cost depends on several factors. Mainly the length of the sessions and the depth of the analysis. Studies with more participants require more time to collect and analyse data. To find out more about our prices, contact us directly, depending on your needs we can communicate a range from the first appointment.

  • User Research is for anyone who cares about the customer experience: product owners, project managers, UX research teams, product managers, marketers, designers and much more. We are mainly contacted by SMEs and large companies, but our flexibility allows us to meet the needs of smaller organisations as well.
