Sacha Kocovski is a renowned ergonomist & UX expert, who has worked on the improvement of more than 600 products.

For over 20 years, Sacha has been the Director of ergolabs group, a leading UX/UI agency. He helped companies delivering user friendly & efficient websites, softwares, mobile applications, or any kind of digital products. He’s been involved in hundreds of projects, thousands of research sessions for more than 70 different clients.

In recent years, Sacha has felt the need to share his expertise and has begun training the next generation of UX talents to ensure they reach their full potential.

All the practical information about location, times, tools and prerequisites will be provided closer to the training date.

  • The training will take place in our beautiful office situated at the top floor of Marquis building: 1 Rue du Marquis, 1000 Brussels.

    It is easily reachable by train (central station), bus, tram and metro (multiple stops are just next door).

    If you wish to come by car, there is a parking inside the building. Please ask for your spot upfront.

  • Throughout the day, we will provide free coffee & water and some snacks.

    Lunch is included: you’ll be able to choose from a list of pokebowls and delicious sandwiches.

  • Bring your laptop, charger and good vibe. The rest we will provide.

  • Workshop materials will be provided at the location. At the end of the training, you will receive UX Research templates and links to additional resources.

  • Basic UX or Product Management knowledge will be useful. Alternatively you can use your work experience.

  • Yes, the training is very practical and you will exercise the creation of a UX Research plan.

  • Yes, we will provide a physical certificate as well as its digital version to share on social media if you like.

  • Yes, you can always reach out to the trainer in case you have additional questions. However, we don’t foresee any additional materials once the training is finished.

  • There are no refunds. We put a lot of effort in the preparation of this training, and we are already doing this for a long time. We are constantly adapting the training, based on the feedback from previous sessions. So far the training received very positive feedback and people greatly enjoyed it and found it helpful.

  • Yes, if you cannot attend the training yourself, we actually strongly advise you to transfer it to another person. It would help to keep the balance in the group.
